If we play a fellow unseeded team in later rounds we might get a home game. That said, the committee probably sends us to Villanova

Well at least Crean picked us to go to Vegas.

edit: And selected Mast as his player to watch.

That was nice to hear...even if he does have a soft spot for BW.

You never know who will have a schedule conflict. Might get a home game if we win. I still don't understand the unseeded part. Why not call us a 6 seed and Nova a 7 seed? Doesn't that get confusing later on if unseeded teams play each other?

              Bradley (24-9) RPI 38
              Wisconsin (17-14) RPI 89

              Bradley NET 71
              Wisconsin NET 80

Bradley travels to the lower RPI and NET opponent. Power 5 vs. mid major bias.

Yeah I don't understand this. This is an NCAA-sponsored tournament and they worked so hard to create this NET ranking system...and then they don't use it for the NIT?

Coach Wardle has plenty of reasons to get our Braves to play with a chip on their shoulder. That could be a good thing.

Hard pill to swallow, not getting a home game and apparently not getting the credit deserved by these so-called ranking systems. What’s the point of them if they don’t get applied in even a pseudo-academic way?
HOWEVER- let’s go get this win and perhaps we can swing it back in our favor.

                    Compete. Defend. Rebound. Win.

I'm shocked we weren't bumped from the tournament to make room for Minnesota or Ohio State.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

Rutgers was a #1 seed in the NIT!

Both those games, like at Wisconsin, were on the home court of the Big Ten team.
