The fast pace and high shooting percentages continued through the 2nd half, too. Both teams shot over 50% for the game.
Final score- Indiana State 94 Belmont 91
For the season, Indiana State shot 34.7% from three. But today shot 57.1% (16-2.
Belmont was 12-26 (46.2%), including a number of threes from well behind the line.
Cooper Neese had a memorable shooting performances. He was 9-11 from three, and totaled 33 points, 22 above his average.
4 of 5 Indiana State's starters played a lot of minutes-
Cameron Henry played all 40 minutes
Cooper Neese played 37 minutes
Courvoisier McCauley played 35 minutes
Julian Larry played 34 minutes
Bradley will play Indiana State Saturday at 2:30 pm fin the first semifinal game.
So possibly playing a 3rd game in 3 days and coming off heavy minutes could have an effect on Indiana State's key players tomorrow?

The Indiana State win over Belmont is technically the first "upset" of the tournament with the #5 seed beating the #4 seed. But in reality, it isn't what anyone would call a real upset. They were pretty evenly matched teams, and the final score (94-91) showed that.
2 more games tonight, and they should be good games-
6:00 pm- Murray State (17-14, 11-9) vs. Drake (24-7, 15-5) - Drake is 11 point favorite
8:30 pm- Missouri State (17-14, 12-8 ) vs. SIU (22-9, 14-6) - SIU is 3 point favorite
Live scores for NCAAM games on March 3, 2023 on ESPN. Includes box scores, video highlights, play breakdowns and updated odds.
Both games are on Bally Sports Midwest Network and NBCSports Chicago PLUS channel.

That was one of the best offensive games I’ve seen. Defense was optional. A little controversy with :16 left and ISU up by 2 as there was a blocking foul called on a drive along the baseline that looked like a charge. Belmont coaches, players and fans all thought they got screwed. I can’t imagine a bad foul call by a MVC ref right?

Jerry Pollard calling a foul on an 80 foot shot at the end of the half to take the lead from Murray State was absolutely ridiculous. I've never seen a foul called in that situation and it was a total momentum changer. Pollard strikes again. It's not just BU that thinks he's the worst!Larry Bird
I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.
