Bowen Born played only the first 6 minutes for UNI then left the game and did not return in their loss to SIU.
There are reports that he suffered a hamstring injury, and sat out the final 34 minutes of the game. There is no word yet how serious the injury is, or how soon he could return. Note that the game was relatively meaningless for UNI, so he may have rested out of precaution. He was 0-3 and scoreless in his 6 minutes.

Edit: sorry, did not see braves16's post a couple above here.

My bad . Not sure what play by play I was watching . Murray St started the 2nd half on a 7-0 to cut it to 5 and after trading 3's the Bears scored the next 16 points.

Belmont was down by 19 51-32 late in the first half and was able to make it all the way back to win it on 2 FT's by Ben Sheppard with 2.5 to go. Belmont outscored ISU Blue 23-6 in the first 6 1/2 minutes of the 2nd half to tie the game at 60. ISU extended the lead back up to 11 at 81-70 with 5:52 left. ISU was still up 88-83 with 1:33 left. But Belmont got a layup, ISU missed a shot, And a bad foul by former BU player Jason Kent put Belmont to the FT line where they made both to bring them to 88-87 with :35 left. Belmont tried for the steal and couldn't get it then decided to foul Trenton Gibson, a 78% FT shooter with :18 left. He missed the FT and Belmont brought the ball up and didn't call timeout. They really didn't run a play and then fumbled it away on the baseline. Sheppard got the loose ball, picked it up and Kent fouled him. After a Belmont timeout to set up their defense ISU inbounded the ball to Courvoiser McCauley who was able to get off a halfcourt shot that hit the rim. Since this is the only game between the 2 teams Belmont has the tiebreaker over them. Conversely SIU beat Belmont in the only game that they played. ISU and SIU split their 2 games so if everybody wins on Sunday their will be a 3 way tie for 3rd. I believe SIU would be the 3 seed based on their 2-1 record against the other 2. I would guess Belmont would be the 4 seed based on beating ISU then
