    Ugly scene this weekend with a UC Davis player being pushed down by the UCSB big man, then the same big man starting a mele. UC Davis coaches did well to keep their players on the bench.

    #2 for both teams. The big #2 was the initiator. An older gentleman in the first row fell back and hit his head on the floor when the fight moved behind the bench. Disgraceful. More video/ different angles on YouTube.

      The officials ejected the 2 players involved in the fight, and both received suspensions for their teams' next game. The UC Davis player was their second leading scorer, Ty Johnson (15.5 ppg), who played last season at Loyola. The UC Davis AD also suspended an assistant coach-

        Is that Jim Les on the right side of parts of the video trying to restrain a player? He's wearing a white sweater.
        My first BU hoops game was on 12/30/1963. My dad took me to watch the Braves defeat Arizona 67-59. He helped me get Coach Orsborn's autograph before the game.

          I believe the guy you are referring to is Coach Les.
