Indiana State completed a massive renovation and modernization of the Hulman Center (built in 1973) between 2018 and 2020. From what I've read, they renovated nearly everything. They upgraded the home team's locker room facilities comparable to some of the finest locker rooms anywhere in college basketball. But if you look at that celebration video-

... it appears they did not spend a cent on the visitor's locker room. That old, cheap yellow subway tile and the ancient small steel over/under lockers look like a cheaper version of the locker rooms my gym class used at my old high school in the 1960's-

I think that was done on purpose...it wasn't because of budget. Make your visitors uncomfortable.
