The coaches probably don't want to use all the open scholarships on freshmen, so it makes sense that he is pursuing a number of junior college players. Jucos are a bit under-recruited now because of the transfer portal, so hopefully Bradley can land one or two. With Hannah, Linke, Davis, and Biliew in their final year, Bradley needs one or two big men who are able to contribute right away.

I agree on the big bodied bangers, but I prefer them in the form of Brodie or that kid that was at MO St not long ago.

Just to reiterate what I just wrote under Bradley offers column: D.Richardson made such a big deal after Bradley offered him last year. Briefly, he spoke how BU was a dream offer, he would love to play for his Hometown Team. He also said he loved Bradley and the City of Peoria! That last statement is something because I read on this site, he grew up poor! In any case, I hope those words he echoed are not hollow and he meant it! I guess will find out soon( he says October) if we have his commitment! Of course, he can always transfer home, but I'm Greedy....I want him in 2025!

Nice to see Aiden Goins get an offer from Bradley. Coach Wardle has done well in the junior college Market! Malevy a perfect example! Hey Coach now that Stowers committed to Miami, Ohio what honestly are the chances we can keep D. Richardson at home? I know it's extremely hard to keep players from Peoria in there Hometown! So many other places to choose from. I visited Miami Ohio once and Their Campus was beautiful. I'm still hoping we keep a great player in Peoria...as you stated in previous posts, it's been quite a while....now going on over 20 Years I believe!

2nd year Miami (Ohio) head coach Travis Steele has a couple nice recruiting classes for 2024 and 2025. Their 2024 recruiting class, they signed Brant Byers, a 6'7" wing that Bradley coaches liked and offered, and a highly recruited point guard, Luke Skaljac, who Belmont and Indiana State offered. Their 2025 recruiting class now includes 4 commitments- Leshawn Stowers, point guard Trey Perry, who Illinois State offered, 6'7" forward Kyle Waltz, a 3.5 star recruit, and 6'10" big man Tyler Robbins, who Bradley recruited.

He is a hefty (6'9", 265 lb) left hander with some nice moves and a decent outside shot. He shot over 44% from three last season.

They have a great basketball history, but they have not been very good for a long time. Their only winning season in the last 15 years was the Covid-shortened season of 2020-21 when they finished 12-11. They last made the NCAA Tournament 17 years ago (in 2007). Maybe Leshawn can help get them turned around.
