The most dangerous lineup is going to be Mast Hannah Leon’s Hickman and Dean…mix in
    Zek/Ville

I disagree that we can keep playing three posts against Valley teams. Quick teams or teams that can shoot well will be rough in my opinion then. It’s the problem with only having four wings though, like I’ve been saying. Ville is not fast enough for starters minutes, especially when not shooting well, and Davis is very inexperienced, so we almost almost have no choice. We need Zek back.

Good game, except turnovers. Otherwise did what needed to put be done today, and hopefully this game, along with trying to be more aggressive in Cancun, are the signs of Malevy finally taking charge and breaking out. Great game, but he needs to keep doing it against better Valley opponents.

Mast is such a smart player and good leader. Didn’t even need to take a three to have good numbers today. Looked good in the post.

Nice to see Hickman rebound from a bad night for another good game. Hopefully he keeps getting healthier from the ankle.

I still don’t understand Linke over Biliew or, at this point, Ville over Davis. Davis looks like he has a nice quick shot, and is not as raw on defense as I thought, but I’m most impressed with his passing. In every game so far he’s slipped a nice pass in to someone inside for a bucket. He’s earned a longer look to me, especially with Pop not producing a ton yet at guard either.

NC, I'm going to start putting money down on your predictions. You're always right!

Coach - Concerning Ja'Shon, did I understand the pre-game discussion with Dave Snell that it turns out that it wasn't a concussion? I hope that's the case, because that would be great news and would make his return much more likely. Fingers crossed! Getting all of Mast, Zek, and Ja'Shon back would be HUGE.

40 point win against a D1 team is rarely seen. We really do thrive at home.

BUF14 - your post was really spot on. All great points and at this point, have to agree with you on CD. If Ville can't start hitting shots, he has really got to have his minutes reduced.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

Tommy- I did not hear the conversation myself. I was told by someone who heard it that it was mentioned that Ja'Shon did not, or may not have actually had a concussion, but that he still needed to remain in concussion protocol.
I do not know who said that, and it doesn't completely make sense to me, so, if anyone can add more, please do.

And not only are 40+ point blowouts uncommon, I also do not recall the last time I saw a game where there was such an enormous disparity in shooting percentages.

My understanding from hearing the pregame was that either Ja’shon did not or was thought to not to have gotten a,concussion but was still going through the protocol. It was stated that once you start through the protocol you go through the whole thing. Wardle made a comment to the effect that Ja’shon would go through it and he and the doctors would determine the forward path and when or if he would return. That is my understanding from what I heard no guarantee that my memory is perfect. The other indication was that in the end Jashon would need to decide if he wanted to return. Again happy to be corrected just what I took from the comments.
