Bradley and SEMO have played 11 times before, and Bradley leads the series 9-2 (page 96 here). Bradley has won the last 7 games, the most recent was Nov. 10, 2018 when Bradley won 68-57. It was the 3rd game in a 3-game series, 2 at Carver Arena, and one at SEMO.
Southeast Missouri State was always known as the Indians, until 2004, when they dropped the Indians name and all references to native Americans. Since January, 2005 they have been known as the Redhawks.

SEMO is no longer a pushover opponent like they have been for most of the last three decades. They finished 4th in the Ohio Valley Conference last season, behind Murray State, Belmont, and Morehead State. And they were picked 4th in the 2022-23 OVC preseason poll, and even got a couple 1st place votes.
And they had 2 players picked to the Preseason All-OVC team- Phillip Russell and Chris Harris.

Here is their historical record since becoming a Division I school in 1991. Their only NCAA appearance was in 2000 under former Drake head coach Gary Garner-
SEMO is coached by former Southern Illinois player and assistant coach Brad Korn, and one of his assistant coaches is also a former MVC player- Keith Pickens who played at Missouri State.
Their roster includes 6 transfers from other 4-year colleges, as well as 3 junior college transfers.
They also have a player from the Netherlands, 7', 250 pound center David Idada, who has not played yet in any games, so he might be redshirting.
