IMO Mast is a different transfer. He had already graduated and BU didn't have an avenue for him to receive his masters in his line of study.
Mast will go down as one of the great BU players of this time period.
YeahI am sort of in the same camp. I feel differently about him than I do about someone like Cunningham or Zek, but I also feel differently about him than I do Ville or Ja’shon. He was a great player for Bradley, he stayed for 4 years but he left us for another program. For me that diminishes his place in BU for me. I don’t “hate” him for me but he is diminished.
Hey, it took me over an hour of internet research to find all those former Bradley guys who are now playing overseas, then look up their teams and current stats, and post the findings.
If anyone else wants to spend time digging up other players, please do.
DC- I did not intend that as a criticism of not looking up other players status. It was more about how we feel about those that have left. As I said my opinion ( and only mine) is that there are differences - those that stayed a couple and left, those that stayed 4 and left for another school, those that stayed 4+ and left for a pro opportunity. I did not in any way intend that as a criticism of all the work you do.
Btw, Max Ekono transferred to Clarendon College in Texas when he left Bradley midway through last season. He reportedly planned to sit out the last semester of last year, and play this year at Clarendon. However, he is not listed on their 2023-24 roster.

Thanks, I did not take it as criticism, and I agree with you. I didn't think anyone here cared much about where Davante Cooper might be playing now.
Yes, I intentionally listed just the players who played their full college careers as Bradley Braves. Does anyone care to hear about those who bolted and played elsewhere?
The opponent is Itelyum Varese from the Italian Serie A pro league.
ZZ Leiden won 81-77. Luuk finished with a game-high 19 points, 5 rebounds, and 3-4 from three. - https://www.eurobasket.com/boxScores...1_1183_88.aspx
Luuk is averaging 15.8 ppg, 5.0 rpg, and shooting 43.4% from three in ZZ Leiden's nine Euro Cup games so far.
Elijah Childs had a great season with Trapani in Italy ...
He is playing this season with MHP Ludwigsburg in the German Basketball Bundesliga....
Elijah Childs' contract was bought out and he now joins MLP Heidelberg in the BBL, and in his first game with them
he went for 23 pts, 10 reb, 4 asst- https://www.eurobasket.com/Basketbal...57_215-Germany
Unfortunately for him, he goes from a top tier team to one at the bottom if the standings.
Walt Lemon has just completed his 2nd season playing overseas in Asia...
and for the 2nd year in a row, Walt is the MVP, the Finals MVP and also his team won the Championship! Pretty impressive
Walt averaged 20 ppg, 7 apg, 6 rpg and hit 60.2% of his shots.

BW would have made the Sweet 16 if he had Walt Lemon. Guy was unguardable!
Larry Bird
I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

Even though Walt didn't stick long in the NBA, note that his scoring average in 2018-19 was 14.3 ppg and his career scoring average is 9.4 ppg
Of all the 20 or more Bradley players who played in the NBA- only Hersey, Chet Walker and Danny Granger have higher career scoring averages.
Levern Tart & Al Smith played exclusively in the old ABA- never in the NBA, and their scoring averages were 19.4 ppg & 9.8 ppg respectively.
Also, No Bradley player who ever played in the NBA had a higher assist average than Walt (3.2 apg)
although Al Smith (ABA only) did avg 5.8 apg
One more thing- people today have no idea who Levern Tart even was, but what a pure scorer....
His career in the ABA ran from 1968-72 and the old ABA continued on until 1976 and had awesome scorers like Dr. J, Rick Barry, George Gervin, Artis Gilmore, Dan Issel, George McGinnis, etc...
and yet Levern Tart ranks as the 15th highest career scoring average of all the players from the ABA -
and it also still ranks Top 100 all time among all NBA& ABA players.
