I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

I know you can transfer once without sitting out, can you do it twice? He transferred to Bradley already without sitting out. Was that before the new rule? Does going to junior college reset that?

I’m uncertain of the rules for transferring more than once now.

I will say transfers should level off somewhat as most players will already have transferred once now, so only freshman and a hand full of others will be able to do it again without penalty. Again, assuming there is one for transferring a second time? I’m unaware of the current rules there.

Yes, now that he completed a year at John A. Logan junior college, he is allowed to transfer and be eligible immediately, as all junior college transfers are (assuming he did get his degree). The new NCAA transfer rule only applied to athletes transferring from a 4-year college to a Division I.
That is probably why Sean went to the juco (to avoid having to sit out), which is a very unusual move for someone who had 2 full years at Division I already.
Here is more about the rule (see question #10)

Ya, I knew you could transfer from a JC to a 4 year and be fine, but if he were to transfer again next year to another four year D1 does he have to sit out a year since he already transferred to Bradley without sitting out a year?

What happens if a someone transfers twice I guess is my question? Since that document calls it a one time exception, does that mean they have to sit out a year still the second time? It seems in reading other places they would have to sit out a year if they transfer a second time?
