Another MVC player has hit the portal- Josiah Strong- 6'4" 4th year guard from Illinois State. He spent 1 year at Navy, then a year at Iowa Western junior college. He's been a starter the last 2 seasons at ILSU and averaged 11.5 ppg both years.-
