That's a great point, Coach, and probably spot on. I think the less they blow the whistles, the better our chance of winning and it's probably a lot to do with our aggressiveness.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

Two quick observations- Mikey’s minutes and production rising and at times offensively we stand too much, would like to see more movement without the ball. Great effort Team!

What is crazy about this years’ conference results so far is that all 4 of our losses could/should have been wins. That is rare. If we’d gotten half of them, we’d be tied for first. So how far back are we really in terms of capability to take Arch Madness? IMO Not much at this point of the season… haven’t felt that way even in Better years.
        Compete. Defend. Rebound. Win.

Bingo! We're the most talented team in the Valley, and our Dutchmen are 2 of the main reasons why!

I agree, we could easily be at the top of the conference. I think the conference is wide open for any of the teams in the top half. No team has really stood out to me yet as the strongest contender. Just depends on who gets hot around the tournament.

It it a really good feeling, especially considering we will have all of our starters back again next year.

Why bring up something from almost a decade ago that is not relevant here? And, for those not familiar with the issue, an independent investigation determined that there was no abuse, verbal or otherwise, and that the only thing he was guilty of was use of "inappropriate language". The only action taken was to place a "disciplinary letter in his personnel file". There was no public reprimand. Also, the investigation concluded that in addition to no player abuse, most of what was claimed by a couple disgruntled former players was untrue.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- University of Wisconsin-Green Bay men's basketball coach Brian Wardle will keep his job after an independent review largely cleared him of allegations that he mistreated his players, university officials said Friday.
At least one player had accused Wardle of using vulgar and obscene language, and a second player told officials Wardle forced him to work out until the player lost control of his bowels and then ridiculed him. There were no allegations of physical abuse.
An independent review led by attorney Joseph Nicks, a former local prosecutor, concluded that "a good deal of what was alleged did not occur as it was stated,'' Chancellor Tom Harden said.
Wardle will not be fired, but the university will place a disciplinary letter in his personnel file...

FWIW, there was no disciplinary action taken, and UW-Green Bay signed Wardle to a 5-year extension less than 12 months later-

I did not mean to imply that there is verbal abuse here. My apologies if it was taken that way. I meant I saw a temper here that I had not seen before and it surprised me. I was wondering if that is what got him into trouble before. I am not wanting this to become a major distraction because it is a non issue. It was just a comment

The TOP OF THE CONFERENCE would be nice..... It is really great to see how improved Bradley has recently been playing. Wardle and crew have done an amazing job fine tuning this team. Why I say the TOP of the Conference would be nice - The Valley tournament has been won several times by a team that has not won the regular season championship. That's what makes this coming Wednesday's game soooo interesting - Ben Jacobson is well aware that the real prize is the MVC Valley Tournament - and Ben is also continuously fine tuning his team for the end of the season tournament. This Wednesday's game at Northern Iowa will be a TRUE test for the Braves on the road. GO BRAVES !!!!
