Missouri State has won 4 in a row, including a huge upset Saturday at Loyola in which they shot 54% for the game and held Loyola to 40%.
But tonight at Indiana State, they are off to a slow start. They are just 2-14 from three while Indiana State is 11-19 from the arc, and they trail the Sycamores 41-29 at halftime.

Missouri State made several runs in the 2nd half, but Indiana State responded each time with a run of their own to maintain a double digit lead most of the way until the final 1½ minutes. Then, turnovers, missed shots, and poor defense allowed Missouri State to quickly close to within 2 points with just a few seconds left. But then MSU was forced to foul, and Indiana State's Cameron Henry made 2 free throws with 4.4 seconds left to seal the 76-72 win for the Sycamores.
Final score- Indiana State 76 Missouri State 72

Southern Illinois is having a really bad shooting night at Loyola, and managed only 17 first half points on 6-21 shooting (28.6%), and 2-9 from three (22.2%). 9 first half turnovers didn't help the Salukis either.
Halftime score- Loyola 30 SIU 17

But the Salukis could never get over the hump and Loyola pulled late away to win.

SIU clawed back a couple of times in the second half and had cut it to 48-45 with 3:13 left but Loyola finished the game on a 11-2 run to win. Lucas Williamson, who I think has under achieved in his senior year, led all scorers with 20 points. Ben Coupet Jr. was the only guy in double figures for the Salukis with 14 points.
