Man, Terry carried the team thru a lot of problems scoring. Leon's can shoot for real. I've noticed without Henry they do lack in defensive rebounding and inside D but they shoot the 3 a lot better with out him. I wish him a quick recovery either way, but just a thought

Down 14 in the second half BU with 14:04 left it looked like the Braves were going home in second place but the Braves picked it up at both ends of the court and delivered a 37-16 finish for the comeback win. Just a wonderful game by Tournament MVP Terry Roberts as he had 26 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 blocks. Mast hit 2 huge 3’s late in the second half, the last one giving us the lead for good. Zek Montgomery and Jason Kent also contributed big plays and Leons is such a steady presence. Great win to go into Christmas with!

Great comeback win for the Braves! Starting the season losing 5 of their first 6 and now winning 6 out of their last 7. Different guys are stepping up every game but it seems to me Roberts is in a different league.He is emerging as a star that can flat out play. He keeps playing like this and he makes 1st team all Valley IMO.

BU is a 1.5 point favorite on UTEP's home court? That's pretty astonishing, especially if they pack that place with people like yesterday's game (44 in attendance, yes, that's a joke).

I wonder why Peoria/Bradley does not host a tournament similar to UTEP's tournament. Maybe start off with something small, like only just a few Illinois universities. Even though Bradley's attendance has been down the last few years I'm sure a few thousand people would support a local tournament.

Any update on Henry or Hackman? We need both of them healthy if we are going to be a factor in the Valley race. Also what is the situation with Hannah? He got more playing time last year as a freshman than he is getting this year. I can see him and Linke and maybe a couple of others who are getting little if any playing time transferring at the end of this year. Just speculation.

What I think is important here as well as the win itself is the fact they won on the opposing players court with the opposing teams crowd. Very hard to do. The fact Bradley held their poise is a huge step for this team. I think that shows tremendous progress
