Off topic: Bradley volleyball coach gone

Carol Price-Torok lead the 2021 Bradley volleyball team to a 17-15 overall record, and a terrific 12-6 record in the MVC, good for a 3rd place tie.
They played in the postseason NIVC tournament, only the second time a Bradley volleyball team has ever played in a postseason tournament. The other time was in 2018, also a team coached by Price-Torok.
The volleyball team has had 4 straight winning seasons, a rarity for Bradley volleyball.

But today, University of Texas-San Antonio announced that their new head coach was Carol Price-Torok, a complete surprise to Bradley volleyball fans.

There has been no announcement of any kind from Bradley. Was she fired? Is the UTSA job a better job? A higher paying job?Why no word from Bradley about her departure?
Here is the Bradley volleyball website, and nowhere is there an announcement that Price-Torok is no longer at Bradley, other than her name is missing from the roster page-

Carol Price Torok took over at Bradley in 2016, after the 2015 Bradley team went 6-24 overall, and an embarrassing 1-17 in the MVC.
She turned the moribund program around and returned the program to respectability.

Carol is a wonderful coach and even better person. She won like no volleyball coach has at BU. She has turned down a lot of other opportunities over the past several off-seasons.

The deal wasn’t finalized until late Friday. The BU volleyball Twitter wished her well. She was at the men’s game vs St Joe's with her kids on Saturday. There isn’t some sort of controversy or anything like that.

She left for a place that has a special place in her life. She started her career at Southwestern just outside of Austin. She was then an assistant at UTSA after that. No idea on the money details but assume it was an upgrade for her in that department as well as the sentimental connection.

It is still a bit strange that the Bradley volleyball web page has not posted anything about the coach leaving or their plans to replace her.
