Schools are meeting with the valley this weekend to make pitches. Apparently the hold up with Murray St. is, the Valley does not want to add that bad football team. Waiting to see if Murray can find a football league. If they cant, UIC and UMKC appear to be the leaders.

Praying the MVC adds Murray St. Not bringing them in would be catastrophic. We need that program after the losses of Creighton, Wichita St, & Loyola. -

It looks like no league is willing to take Murray State's football team. The Valley is standing firm on not taking it.
So it appears, at least right now, UIC is in. It may come down to UMKC and UT-Arlington.Comment

I can't believe they want that travel expense unless they could get another school here as part of a swing through the south.
