Free throws really need to get better, 61% from the line is not going to win us many games. Knock down a few more and we win this game.

Refs were pretty terrible but not the whole reason we lost.

Reink had a good amount of boards but could not score. Kent isn't consistent, 0-5 from the three this game.

Roberts and Leons both standing out as our best scorers. Henry had a decent game but I still kind of expect more from him as a senior, I still think he feels out of place this year. He is undersized but he really does well down low.

I would have liked to see more from Hickman, he should really be getting some more minutes.

Overall there were some good and bad things here. Improve and move on to the next one, and hopefully practice free throws.

Henry came up limping a couple of times. Looks like he may be struggling with an ankle injury, and for a guy that relies on his explosiveness this would really hinder him. I'm just guessing from what I saw in last night's game, so it might be nothing.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

Ja'Shon is not the type of player who can dribble-drive or create shots as effectively if he gets possession out high. We need our guards to do a better job getting the ball to him inside. He is highly efficient scoring once he does.

Have not seen a BU player that dominant on offense in a loooong time.

Most players that get to play at the college level fall in one of two categories: 1) they are good free throw shooters as a freshman and they were good in high school or 2) they were not good in hs and do not improve very much at the college level in spite of practice. I still think they should practice, but I am not optimistic that they will improve significantly.

This. Leons had a game-winner “and 1” at his fingertips. He passed on that in favor of a circus shot basically. What that shows me was how badly he wanted to follow the play call vs taking what they give you. Shows how coachable and compliant he is. Decision making will come with more experience.
