Is there any reason why only half of the upper bowl shows up for sale online? It seems like it is that way for all of our home games.

Interesting. I hadn't noticed that until you posted. It is the same for nearly every home game except two (see below). Not a single lower bowl ticket is available, and only the visitor's end of the upper bowl is for sale on Ticketmaster.
It seems there could be a couple possible reasons. Either it is simply some kind of mistake, or more likely, maybe the new plan is to only consign about half the available upper bowl tickets to Ticketmaster, and try to sell the lower bowl and the other half of the upper bowl through the Bradley ticket office to keep the price a little lower and avoid having to give Ticketmaster a commission. So maybe if anyone wants better tickets than what's available on Ticketmaster, you might need to call or visit the Bradley ticket office. However, there is no mention on the Bradley website of any other way to obtain tickets. If you click on the Single Game Tickets link, it takes you directly to Ticketmaster-

There are a couple exceptions. For the Illinois State and Loyola home games, they show that the entire arena is "Sold Out". I am sure they are not really all sold out, so maybe Bradley thinks that for the ISU and Loyola home games they will be able to sell most tickets without having to give Ticketmaster a cut of the sales. I believe they can always add those seats to the Ticketmaster site later if they don't sell.

You might be right about them trying to avoid fees. I added the cheapest $8 ticket just to see how much fees cost. They added a $5.35 "service fee" and a $5.20 "processing fee". What a joke. My $8 ticket ends up costing an extra $10.55 in "fees".

In this day and age I think we need easy access to tickets online in order to get people coming to games, Ticketmaster is easy but those "fees" are ridiculous. Not everyone can buy season tickets or has to time to run over to the ticket office, and the box office at the civic center has been overly packed before games the past few years. I have done all of the above depending on my situation, I just don't remember ever paying that much in fees for using Ticketmaster.

Wow, that is ridiculous. Especially the "processing fee", since the processing is all done electronically with no human input or increaed cost to Ticketmaster. I have bought Ticketmaster tickets many times, and you are right that the extra fees keep getting larger and larger.
I tried selecting a better seat to a future Bradley game, a $21.00 ticket in section 202. The total came out to $36.90. $15.90 in service and processing fees! I'm not sure why service and processing fees should go that much higher just because you select a better seat. Their cost for service and processing doesn't change.
That kind jacked-up price is going to be a serious disincentive to people who might otherwise be buying Bradley tickets, especially fans who want to bring a family or friends.
Bradley really needs to make it clear to fans that tickets are available at the ticket office at a much lower cost.

Ticketmaster is evil. It is a money making machine with no or little government oversight or serious competition. They have well paid lobbyists in D.C.. I would compare it to the Wirtz family (owning 50% of the United Center and being the sole provider for alcohol for restaurants, hotels, and event centers. They also own the Blackhawks

Ticketmaster is owned by Live Nation, that controls the many music venues.

I’m not sure the Civic Center was truly “ready”. Concessions were erratic at best. Especially for such a sparsely attended game. It seemed the audio quite a bit lower than usual. My kids noticed immediately that the logo was not lit up on the side of the building.

Also, the “No Reentry” policy seems a bit more stringent. I tried to run out to my car at the under 8 TO and was told that if I did, I would need to buy another ticket to come back in. I thought they were kidding until the guy at the door literally stood in front of me as to block my path. I walked away after I shared my opinion on the policy, but I was so pissed that we left at halftime.

The volume was considerable lower last night and the introductions could put people to sleep.
