Mya Wardle was offered by Andrea Gorski, and there is no word what the status is now with the new Bradley women's head coach Kate Popovec. for those who are interested, Brian Wardle's daughter is now a freshman at Eastern Kentucky and
they had their Media Day Tuesday.
They EKU Women are coming off a pretty good season (22-12) and Women's NIT appearance, and are picked 3rd in the 12-member ASUN Conference this year.
It would seem kind of unusual for the team to have a freshman representing the team at Media Day, but I guess Mya Wardle has
impressed the coaching staff well enough that she was in the spotlight
They have already played a closed scrimmage but results are not made public, and they open on the road Nov. 4 at #7 LSU (2023 National Champions)
