Current Bradley policy is that masks are required for everyone when indoors so I assume yes. Will it be enforced though? I don't know.

Gov. Pritzker's mask mandate for all indoor spaces which went back into effect August 30, is still in force. So attendees should wear masks.-
Gov. J.B. Pritzker announced all Illinoisans age 2 and up are required to wear masks inside public spaces effective Aug. 30. All school and health care workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 by Sept. 5, as must college students.

But, the Illinois Covid case numbers have been declining for the past 6 weeks and the number of Covid hospitalizations are down.

Yesterday, Gov. Pritzker announced that he could be close to rescinding his mask mandate, but he's not quite ready yet-
Gov. J.B Pritzker said Illinois will need to show a steady decline in state COVID-19 transmissions before he considers lifting the statewide indoor mask mandate he revived in August.

Let's hope the mask mandate is gone by the time the real games start.

Got my whole batch of tickets in the mail from Loyola for the Bradley game up there Jan. 8.
Still haven't got my Bradley tickets nor even heard back regarding my request to purchase additional season tickets this year.
Just sayin' - BU used to be 1st tier when it came to all the fan/donor interactions and functions. Do they want our support?

First night for BU ticket pickup was Friday, and bubraves.com site lists some additional pickup times over next week to pick up… not clear if they offer mail out or not this time. I was able to contact ticket office and make changes to my package recently. I agree service is way down, but tickets can be had! Keep trying because we need you there.

And I certainly hope they can rebound next year and offer the service level we expect and love.

Remember that BU lost everyone in the ticket office mid to late August. I've called and talked to them a couple of times and they were very nice and helpful.

Bradley University has 2,500 employees. Basketball, especially basketball season tickets, are one of their only significant revenue (income) sources other than tuition, grants, etc...You don't think they can find someone working up there to pick up the phone and return a call or an email from someone who is begging to mail them a check for $2000+? I personally sought out 3 different people from the Athletic Dept. at both the Itoo Supper and at the Red/White and was assured they are working on it and that I'd be getting a call back. I have seats in the premium seating area, I am a season ticket holder since they played at the old Fieldhouse, I am in the Platinum level of Braves Club and I have been in the Scholarship Society for half the past two decades. (I dropped out because of Glasser). I have never once asked for special treatment. But if this is representative of how they treat any customers - even the single-game ticket-buyer in the "nosebleed" seats, then they are shooting themselves badly in their own feet.

What you've described is not acceptable.

Totally unacceptable, but the problem of finding people to work is very real.

I finally managed to get hold of them and got another seat added to my package. I called around noon one day and was shocked someone picked up. Took care of it all over the phone. I made this request in June!

I can forgive some of this because I am personally having a hard time hiring, so I am sure the ticket office is as well. What I can't forgive is not responding to emails (they can set that up automatically) or not returning voicemails for several weeks.

Hope they get it sorted out for you.

Thank you, and I had held out hope too.
And I know this will sound vindictive, but it's not -
--now, since single game tickets are going on sale,
I think I will just buy extra tickets for each individual game that I need them for.
It's never been about the money or the cost, as I have been giving already at the highest levels.
But it will save me $3000 not to have to pay season ticket prices ($50 per ticket) and maintenance ($1K) to get those tickets,
and, of course, the ticket office will have lost the opportunity to get that amount.
But then, that's only a drop in the bucket compared to what Joanne caused the program to lose, when she personally
drove the membership of the Scholarship Society from almost 80 members down to just 30 (at >$20K per member)
and ran off Bob Turner, Harry Puterbaugh, Hersey Hawkins and a half dozen other Board members who were giving $1 mil per year.

Then figure the $3 or $4 million it took to buy out Geno, Cross and the staff, and the $2.5 million severence package she wrote herself on the way out the door - plus the $5-10 million to settle all those lawsuits including the big one she provoked from Kent State.
All in all when you also factor in losing half the fanbase and attendance for the past decade-plus -
she has cost Bradley overall - something in the $40-50 million range.
