Dave Eminian of the PJ Star posted a summer update-

Bradley finished up its first summer workout session, with a roster that has eight new players on it — including two new preferred walk-ons.
Wardle likes the size and intelligence of his team so far. He says the influx of new players — and the collective size they bring — has caused him to tweak some things offensively, and look at some different defensive tactics. Yet the program's core principles will be the same. "We're long, tall, I really liked how the ball moved and the basketball IQ with this group is impressive," Wardle said. "When you enter that paint you better be ready to finish on us, because we got a lot of guys who are going to get after it." Leons was a standout in the June session. "Talented player," Wardle said. "Better off the dribble than I thought. Shooting well. Very mature man. He's got a bright future. He's been living in the weight room... " Wardle liked what he saw from Howell and Roberts, as well.
"They were impressive," Wardle said. "I couldn't have been happier about all our guys. Just being able to get back to a normal summer routine is big. Our freshmen last year didn't have that because of the pandemic. You can see the difference it is making in guys like Darius Hannah, how quickly he's progressed this summer." Wardle said 7-foot-1 BU center Ari Boya, who missed the entire conference schedule last season with his foot in a walking boot, has been cleared to play and took part in the June sessions. "When you have a big guy like that, who has had some injuries, you have to be careful with him, protect him," Wardle said. "Ari goes two days on, third day off. He'll probably never go three days in a row again... The next camp session is July 12-Aug. 13.
