  • Floppers Beware

    Inside the NCAA @InsidetheNCAA
The NCAA Men’s Basketball Rules Committee on Friday recommended officials assess technical fouls to players who fake being fouled, beginning in the 2021-22 season: on.ncaa.com/ldfqbw

    good. I hope they do.

Wardle basically ended the flopping by BU players, and while "not flopping" doesn't always work to your advantage, I believe over the long term you're ahead... plus you don't end up looking like a big sissy, which is important as well.

What the refs need to watch for is to call the offensive foul contact even when the defender doesn't go flying. I feel that when you do not flop (and hold your ground), the refs tend not to call the shoulder contact by the offensive player all the times they should. When refs see players hit the hardwood, it triggers a whistle response.... when nobody falls in a block/charge, no whistle.
    Compete. Defend. Rebound. Win.

Please please please stop the automatic fall to the floor after every 3 point attempt... even when u get fouled on the arm/hand your legs still work.... review them , if you fall down with no contact below the chest, technical for flopping

Lebron is thanking his lucky stars that he's not in college.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.
