Note that Drake was seeded #48 overall, which makes them the lowest seeded at-large team.

I think we are pretty confident that Loyola can hang with anyone in the tourney this year! I actually am a little more scared about the first game than those that follow. I don't see Illinois being that much better than Loyola, but they have played much stiffer competition.

I really want this tournament to go smoothly but I think we are going to see more issues like this pop up. I expect at least a few games will be eliminated due to covid issues.
This is good news for Loyola.... Georgia Tech, Loyola's first round opponent on Friday will not have their best player available.
Leading scorer and rebounder Moses Wright, a 6'9" senior forward, will miss Georgia Tech's games this weekend.
He was named the ACC Player of the Year last week, and averaged 17.4 points per game and 8.0 rebounds per game this season.
