  • MVC make up games and schedule changes

    From the MVC:
The Missouri Valley Conference has announced the rescheduling of three previously postponed men's basketball series, which includes makeup dates for Bradley-Loyola; Bradley-Valparaiso; and Illinois State-Valparaiso.

The incorporation of those three series have resulted in additional shifts in the league's men's basketball composite schedule and one women’s basketball adjustment. In a cooperative effort with institutions and television network partners, the shifts were implemented to minimize the number of games any one institution played within a range of dates, and it also helped minimized the number of road games for any one institution within a range of dates.

Wednesday January 20 *Bradley at Illinois State Marquee Sports Normal, Ill. 8:00 p.m.
Saturday January 23 *Valparaiso at Illinois State Marquee Sports Normal, Ill. 5:00 p.m.
Sunday January 24 *Loyola at Bradley Valley on ESPN Peoria, Ill. 3:00 p.m.
Sunday January 24 *Valparaiso at Illinois State Marquee Sports Normal, Ill. 5:00 p.m.
Monday January 25 *Loyola at Bradley MVC TV Network Peoria, Ill. 7:00 p.m.
Thursday January 28 *Bradley at Valparaiso Valley on ESPN Valparaiso, Ind. 6:00 p.m.
Monday February 1 *Valparaiso at Evansville Valley on ESPN Evansville, Ind. 6:00 p.m.
Monday February 1 *Bradley at Indiana State Valley on ESPN Terre Haute, Ind. 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday February 10 *Bradley at Valparaiso Valley on ESPN Valparaiso, Ind. 6:00 p.m.
Sunday February 14 *Valparaiso at UNI Panther Sports Network Cedar Falls, Iowa 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday February 17 *Illinois State at Bradley Valley on ESPN Peoria, Ill. 7:00 p.m.

I think that's all of them

Bradley did a nice job breaking it down:
The Missouri Valley Conference announced on Thursday the rescheduled dates for two Bradley series that were postponed due to positive COVID test results. Also, the league shifted the dates and locations of three additional Bradley contests due to the rescheduling of the postponed series.

The MVC updated their schedule again. There are no changes to dates involving Bradley games.

However, there were a couple changes involving TV coverage for the Sunday Jan. 26 & Monday, Jan. 27 Bradley-Loyola series-

      Per MVC-
On Sunday, Jan. 24, the MVC TV Network will now televise game one at 3 p.m. Central, with the contest being seen on the main channel of FOX Sports Midwest, FOX Sports Kansas City and NBC Sports Chicago and on the plus channel of FOX Sports Indiana. The network designation for ESPN digital distribution – ESPN+ or ESPN3 – has not been determined.

On Monday, Jan. 25, CBS Sports Network will now air the series finale at 6 p.m. Central. The originally scheduled LUC-BRAD series had one game airing on CBSSN (on Monday, Jan. 4), but it was postponed due to COVID protocol within Bradley's Tier I personnel.

And one other schedule addition- Valparaiso has arranged a non-conference game with DePaul Saturday, Jan. 16 at DePaul. The game will be televised nationally on FS1 from Wintrust Arena in Chicago with the tip slated for 3 p.m. CT.
