Was wondering the same thing. No minutes in the first half. Would like to see Ville with a few more three point opportunities in the 2nd half. We need this game. Also, hope Henry's wrist is okay, looks like he jammed it about 2-3 minutes prior to halftime. Can't afford to lose another interior player.

        Bradley loses to UNI 78-72-
        https://s3.amazonaws.com/sidearm.sites/bradley.sidearmsports.com/documents/2021/1/10/Northern_Iowa_78_Bradley_72.pdf

UNI with hot shooting all game, and Bradley with too many turnovers.
BU could have used Ari Boya against Phyfe, who was the game's leading scorer with 18 & 9 rebounds.

Disappointing loss for the Braves. Not having Boya hurt us defensively inside. He could have really neutralized Phyfe. Hopefully we come back tomorrow and play a little better.

UNI has had small numbers of spectators at their home games (they had attendance of 668 and 678 at their two home games against Missouri State on Dec. 27 & 28 ) , but their website does not show any tickets available to the public for the Bradley games.

Northern Iowa will not have last year's Player of the Year A.J. Green, who has missed their last 6 games with a hip injury. He underwent surgery 4 weeks ago and will miss the entire season. He averaged 22.3 ppg in the 3 games he played. In his absence, senior 6'5" guard Trae Berhow (13.8 ppg & 6.3 rpg) and redshirt junior center Austin Phyfe (12.1 ppg & 6.2 rpg) have been their top scorers and rebounders. Their only other double-digit scorer is 5'11" freshman guard Bowen Born, who has started every game and averages 11.1 ppg. Born is the top scoring freshman in the MVC

The PJ Star article reports that regular UNI starters Tywhon Pickford and Trae Berhow did not start the game or the 2nd half because they violated team standards. However, there is no mention of why Danya Kingsby or Kevin McAdoo did not play for Bradley.
It confirms that Ari Boya will not play tonight.

Bradley gets the chance to bounce back tonight with the second game at Northern Iowa.

No, but I saw where Coach Wardle said after last night's game that they sat out because he wanted to give the other guys a chance. He said McAdoo and Kingsby would probably play tonight.

This team competes hard, but just struggles to close out games. Childs missed two front end 1 & 1’s, couple turnovers etc, but we made our last 6 free throws which was clutch.

I was going to throw something at my TV if they allowed UNI’s basket. The guy touched the ball, then a quick scramble, they dribble, miss 3, then put back. I was pretty confident that took more than 3.4 seconds.

Great job to split at a tough venue!

An incredible ending to the Bradley-UNI game. Bradley went up by 3 points on a pair of FTs by Terry Nolan, Jr., and UNI had the ball for a final shot. Bradley fouled with 3.4 seconds left to prevent UNI from getting a 3-pointer to tie. Bowen Born made the first FT to cut it to 75-73, then intentionally missed the second FT. The rebound bounced off a UNI player, and was recovered on the wing by Born, who paunched a long three attempt that missed. Berhow got the rebound and put it in for an apparent tie. However, the game clock never started after the missed FT. So the officials went to the video, and timed the last play and determined that time expired before the rebound-putback by Berhow. Thus Bradley wins 75-73! What a game!
Final score- Bradley 75 UNI 73
                            Box score-

Elijah Childs with 16, Ja'Shon Henry with 16, Rienk Mast with 13 , and Terry Nolan with 10.
Sean East had 7 points and 4 assists, and I though Antonio Thomas played very well in the 14 minutes he played. He had 5 points and 2 steals.
Bradley shot 62.5% (15-24) and 66.7% on threes (4-6) in the second half to come from 8 points down and build an 8 point lead, fueled by Rienk Mast's three 3-pointers. Bradley had only 9 turnovers for the game, but none in the final several minutes with the game on the line.
Bradley also went 6-6 on FTs (4 by Nolan and 2 by Mast) in the final 1:38 after shooting only 3-9 prior to that.

That is exactly what I thought.
The UNI beat writer tweeted that they have had "clock issues multiple times a season".-
