There has been no decision yet about whether spectators will be allowed, but there is a good likelihood that there will be few or no fans. But 68 teams will be descending on the city of Indianapolis in March, and that could be a real test for the management skills of the NCAA and will stress the infrastructure to accommodate such a large number of teams. The report (link above) suggests the "bubble" will be similar to that of the NBA’s bubble in Orlando during the previous NBA season. However, the Orlando bubble accommodated only 22 teams, and was held in the massive Walt Disney World complex, which was completely shut down and otherwise vacant at that time. That location allowed for all the teams to be isolated at hotels within a small area.
