    Due to Covid issues within the Bradley men’s basketball program the Loyola games for Sunday and Monday are canceled. The press release is on Bradley’s website

    The MVC sent this out:
    The Missouri Valley Conference has postponed the Bradley-Loyola men's basketball series (Jan. 3-4) due to positive COVID-19 test results among Bradley's Tier I personnel, which consists of student-athletes, coaches, managers and staff. The Conference will announce make-up dates for the series/games at a later date.

    MVC athletically-related activities will take place only to the extent permitted by local environments and applicable national, state, local and institutional guidelines in order to safeguard the health and safety of participants, staff and fans. Schedule updates throughout the season will be posted on mvc-sports.com.

        Hard to control something that’s this uncontrollable. Hopefully whoever has it doesn’t get too sick. I’d have to imagine next weekends games will be canceled too.

          MVC changes UNI series:
          The Missouri Valley Conference has announced a shift in the Bradley-UNI men's basketball series, originally scheduled for Jan. 9-10 at McLeod Center in Cedar Falls, Iowa.



          On-Line Release



          Bradley and UNI will now play their series on Jan. 10-11. The Sunday, Jan. 10, will tip at 3 p.m. CT and air on the Panther Sports Network. The Monday, Jan. 11, game will be played at 7 p.m. with television coverage on the MVC TV Network (FOX Sports Midwest, FOX Sports Indiana Plus, FOX Sports Kansas City, NBC Sports Chicago and digitally through the FOX Sports GO and ESPN apps).



          Schedule updates throughout the season will be posted on mvc-sports.com.

            The 10th must be the first day that BU is allowed to play, assuming that no one else tests positive

              Bradley can do workouts with their healthy players who are not being quarantined, but the earliest they can begin practices with the full team will be January 7.

              That means if all goes well, Bradley will have only 3 days of practices (Jan. 7, 8, & 9) before their first MVC game January 10 at Northern Iowa.

                Really good article and good comments from Coach Wardle. In looking at the MVC schedule the days, January 20/21 and February 17, that the teams play their “travel partner” (example: BU/ISU Red) no one plays until the following weekend so you could play makeup games the weekend if the January 24/25 and February 20/21
