According to this article from the AP, the NCAA is making plans to host the entire 68 team postseason tournament in a single site, instead of regional sites, and that they are currently in talks with the city of Indianapolis to host the entire tournament.

Indianapolis was scheduled to be the site of the 2021 Final Four, and it is where the NCAA headquarters is located.
This applies only to the men's tournament. The women's tournament might also undergo a similar change.
