Not good news, but with 5 weeks before the Xavier tournament, there is a good chance they will get this under control, and resume preparing for their season. A bigger concern, IMO, is that this might keep happening to other teams.
Marquette just shut down their men's and women's programs for 2 weeks because of a couple positive Covid tests today-

And UNC-Greensboro also shut down and quarantined their men's team because of positive tests-

This could definitely happen during the season and force the rescheduling or cancellation of games. I don't want to sound like a "Debbie Downer," but I wonder if some schools will cancel their seasons during the season or if the entire season will get canceled sometime after it starts.My first BU hoops game was on 12/30/1963. My dad took me to watch the Braves defeat Arizona 67-59. He helped me get Coach Orsborn's autograph before the game.
