Four members of the Bradley men's basketball program were honored for their work in the classroom during the 2020-21 season and were named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court this week.
Four members of the Bradley men's basketball program were honored for their work in the classroom during the 2020-21 season and were named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court this week.
Senior Elijah Childs earned the accolade for the second time during his career, while juniors Ari Boya, Ja'Shon Henry and Terry Nolan Jr. all received the honor for the first time.
In order to be named to the Honors Court, a student-athletes must be a junior or senior varsity player and own a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 2020-21 academic year. It marks the fourth-straight season Bradley has had at least four honorees, while BU's four selections in 2020-21 are tied for 13th nationally among 357 Division I schools.
Additionally, Bradley was honored as a team with the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award for posting a cumulative grade point average of more than 3.0 for the 2020-21 season.
