Matt Salley Sighting

I was at a bar down on farmington road tonight and I spotted Matt Salley and Boogie there.

I believe this to be good news considering I don't think he has been on campus for the past few months. Since there has been speculation of him not returning I can see this is only being good news for the braves.

I was able to talk to Boogie for a little while. I saw him playing with the team up at Hausler last week and asked him about the team. He thinks that this team is going to be real good and believes that as soon as the coaches can be with them that they will be even better.

Not sure if this is really any new information but figured since I haven't seen Salley in a while and there was speculation of him not returning to campus that this could only be good news.

Considering the issues he has had I am not sure finding him in a bar is good thing. Lets hope he keeps it together and is around to help the team win the MVC this year.

I know where you're coming from, but he is 21, and he and Boogie are friends even though they never played together. Let's not make it out to be more than it is at this point. With him being MIA, I think it's a positive that he's around right now. If he ends up spending more time at Crusen's then in the gym, then we will have a problem.

I've always thought that Matt is going to play...if not WHY is he still here. He MIGHT be on some sort of summer probation and has to stay clean to get back in JL's good graces.

Lets hope all goes well for him....he's vital IMO.
