Is Prosser done growing, or is he going to get taller

I doubt there is any way to be really sure of something like this on a kid of Prosser's age.
If he were only 13 or 14, then likely he would be growing more, but only time will tell once you hit 16.

I recall a few years ago when Bill Cole was 16, there were numerous people absolutely certain he was going to grow to 7-ft tall, simply because someone said so. I think he is still right about 6-9 just as he was then.

I think I remember talking to the Prossers when Jordan was playing hoops with our team and they said he was projected 6'9" - 6'10"...but that was Jr High age...

This is a young man I have been rooting for since he was in 6th grade.....wherever he goes he will add to the program....hope its close to home, so we can keep an eye on him ....

The comment about Kentucky is a bit of a head scratcher. Prosser lists Kentucky every time he runs off a list of schools. Then in a response to a direct question he says no? I can't say I am convinced. Kentucky was one of the first three schools in on him.
