It appears that Williams for Evansville is back tonight. Will that be enough for Evansville to finally get their first conference win tonight?

Indiana State pounding UNI at halftime 40-23-
Box score for the Indiana State Sycamores vs. Northern Iowa Panthers NCAAM game from February 20, 2020 on ESPN. Includes all points, rebounds and steals stats.

We've seen UNI come back from larger deficits a couple times this year, so this game is certainly not over yet. But UNI is shooting only 25.8% (8-31) in the first half and 14.3% from three (2-14).

Evansville at SIU starts at 7 pm.

That will be interesting to see, KMart!

As for UNI, it sounds like maybe that broken nose might be having an adverse effect on Green who is 3-7 so far ( though he’s 2-4 from 3).

The Evansville-SIU game just started, and DeAndre Williams in his first game since January 4 (he has missed their last 12 games).
He started but picked up 2 quick fouls in the first 2 minutes and is now on the bench. He is scoreless and has no rebounds.

Indiana State extended their lead to 21 points over UNI early in the 2nd half before A.J. Green sank a 3-pointer to make the score 55-37-

Just as I expected, UNI has made a run and Indiana State has gone cold and suddenly developed the most porous defense I've seen in a long time. After trailing the entire game by as much as 21 points, UNI is now on an 21-4 run over 6:52, and they are only down by 6 points with about 3 minutes left in the game, 59-53-

Northern Iowa was able to come all the way back from a 21 point deficit to get within 1 point of Indiana State, but then they ran out of time and were forced to foul. Indiana State made enough free throws to pull ahead by 3 with 6 seconds left. UNI had a final possession, and Indiana State chose not to foul. A.J. Green got off a pretty good 3-point shot that just missed as time expired. So the Indiana State Sycamore defeat the UNI Panthers 67-64-

Evansville's DeAndre Williams accumulated 4 personal fouls in just 6 minutes played, and he has contributed just 2 points and 2 rebounds.
With about 10 minutes left in the game at Carbondale, SIU leads 51-46-

Didn't someone say that the tie-breaker is now done by NET ranking? Is that true? If so, we should easily have it over SIU if it comes down to it, but it looks like currently Loyola is ranked 94, while we're at 102 currently.

Yes, the secondary tiebreaker after head-to-head is the NET.

Saturday is another big day for us. WE need to handle business at Valpo. MO ST might have a chip on their shoulder after Wednesday and could take LUC out at home. Gosh, this is EXCITING!!!
