I didn't get to watch the game because I was away from the house all night, but I listened to the first half and kept track on the espn app in the second half. The thing that has surprised me the most during Wardle's tenure is lack of improvement by the bigs. Eli has improved, but I would argue his biggest improvements are as a wing.

Bar has improved over the years alot. Alot of our struggles are due to it being the toughest stretch of the schedule on top of the injuries we just played 3 of 4 on the road. All is behind us and we could be way worse off Boya has improved just fouling way to much of late, on the verge of adding who i feel is the best player in the MVC , Brown may have realised he needs to take over still at times. I see us finishing top 3 and thats pretty good all things considered. The trip to Carbondale is shaping out to be huge.

We will not be a good basketball team until our coaches figure out and accept the fact that we must develop plays that create openings for our 3 pt. shooters. We also need to teach our guys how to set picks and roll off picks. We have no inside game and we cannot win by endlessly dribbling around the perimeter and taking bad and rushed 3 pt. shots. If we cannot correct this, our season is over.
