Here is a longer video that shows what happened after the brawl. The refs reviewed video, consulted, then ejected every player from both benches. The NCAA rule prohibits players from leaving the bench during any altercation, which every player on both benches did. Thus they were all subject to automatic ejections. Then they ruled that there was still 1 second left on the clock when a technical foul occurred and the fight started. There is a new rule this year that requires all games to be completed (to avoid issues with point-spread gambling). So they brought players from both teams back onto the court (it doesn't appear they are the same players who were playing prior to the brawl), the KSU player shot technical free throws, then KSU inbounded the ball to allow the final 1 second to expire. I am not sure why only a technical foul was called, since the Kansas State player who attempted the final shot was clearly fouled. So there should have also been regular foul shots. But the player who shot the technical free throws made 1 of 2, and the final score ended 81-60.

The primary player involved for Kansas was Silvio De Sousa (#22). He threw punches, and even picked up a metal stool and appeared to be ready to clobber a Kansas State player with it, though he dropped it before hitting anyone. Below is a picture of him with the stool, which also shows Kansas assistant coach Jerrance Howard trying to restrain De Sousa.
So De Sousa will undoubtedly receive a significant suspension. Many other Kansas players were involved to various degrees, and every player who left the bench will probably get at least a 1 game suspension. The primary person involved for Kansas State was a player in street clothes (possibly James Love who is injured) who also appeared try to throw a punch or two, plus most Kansas State players also left their bench. There was a lot of pushing and pulling, and a few other non-players at the end of the court also got involved.
