Keep lockin up on d. Make our free throws. Play our game. We got this. Go BU. This could be a nice run if we win this one. Gonna be scary good when Eli gets back and groovin. The future looks bright too. We deserve this, what a great time to be a Bradley Basketball fan.

Is there a pub in Peoria that plays the Bradley games? I thought I saw a comment on one of the threads, but can't find it now. I'd like to watch this game.

I hope the Braves can stay focused on Wednesday night. While MSU is reeling a little, it's still tough to win at JQH. If they can pull out a win, Saturday at Carver will be a lot of fun. With some students beginning to return to campus and Alumni night, I fully expect 7,000+ there. I know quite a few people who will be attending the game that have not gone to a game this season.

It has been tough to win at Missouri State in recent years. Here is Bradley's record against Missouri State. Bradley lost there last season, but did win there in 2018 for the first time since 2009. Overall, Bradley is just 2-9 in the current John Q. Hammons Center. It was opened in 2008-09, and before that they played in a smaller, older campus arena, also named the Hammons Center. Bradley's luck in the old Hammons Center was no better. Between 1991 when Missouri State joined the MVC (as Southwest Missouri State) until 2008 when they moved out of the old arena, Bradley was just 3-14. Overall, Bradley is 5-23 at Missouri State.

Frankly we've had some of our worst games in the Valley against the Bears. Twice we've scored just 37 points, including just last January, and 10 other times we didn't score 50. However could it be we are getting them at the right time. The Bears seem to be having a crisis of confidence having won just 2 of their last 6 games. Hopefully we can take advantage of that and come away with a W. The guys just need to remember to move the ball on offense and move their feet on defense. Just play like their hair is on fire. GET ER DONE!

Can't compare past performance to what we've got now (especially the Geno years where losing was a way of life).

Wardle teams just keep getting better. We've got this!

                Larry Bird
I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

                  Pregame article from BradleyBraves.com
The Bradley men's basketball team looks to continue its winning ways with a road game at Missouri State on Wednesday. The top two teams in the Valley preseason poll will square off at 7 p.m. on ESPN+.

Beware... Missouri State better than their record. Yes, the Bears have a 8-9 record, but a closer look at their schedule shows several close losses. And they have played a tougher schedule than Bradley. Losses include a one point setback to AR Little Rock, a 3 pointer at Xavier (RPI 44), Miami, FL (RPI 27) by 4, Buffalo by 1, at LSU (RPI 19), at VCU (RPI 54) by 10, and at Loyola by 4. The only real bed-sh*tting was at home against a good Northern Iowa. Bad losses can happen to anybody... just ask Kentucky how they managed to lose at home to Evansville. I still can't believe how bad the Braves played at Miami of Ohio. We will need to bring our A game, the key will be D. Brown. Must have a big game from him tonight. Let's do this!!

Huge game on the road tonight! Need DB to have a big game. Win tonight and back home for the next 2 could we possibly go to 6-1? Let’s hope so! Go Braves!

I think Bar Boya Henry are the key in filling in for Childs. Its going to take a team effort and our best to get out of there with a w. Lets go.
