We have 4 people from Peo. going and meeting up with 4 of our friends from the Villages. Anyone else making the trip to Memphis? Tall order to win this game but not impossible. Go Braves lets shock the basketball Country like Evansville did earlier.

My buddy and I are going to be there. Does anyone know if there is a pregame party like last March in Des Moines? If not, Is there a good bar near the stadium to meet up at for a drink/dinner before the game?Comment

There are numerous good restaurants and bars in just the few short couple blocks of Beale St.

Of the places I have visited.... B.B. King's is a famous blues/Southern food place, but it can be busy at times and loud (probably not so much on a Tuesday). Click on the red markers on the map and you probably can't go wrong with any of the choices. I have also eaten at The Pig on Beale, which has good Memphis style BBQ, and is usually not so busy on weekdays.Comment
