I prefer to forget about Monday, and look forward to Bradley's thrashing of Kansas State Wednesday.

It's easy to watch a game like last night's against NU and lose all hope for our team, but the fact is, NU could do no wrong and everything they threw at the basket went in, while it was just the opposite for us. Brown looked like he was hesitant and slightly intimidated to me, but the shooting for the whole team was just horrendous, and we were soundly out-rebounded with almost no offensive boards.

Very depressing, but I believe that was not the team we've been watching up to now.

It is really hard to see the valley get tromped the way we have over the last week, though.

I think the Valley is being exposed here early in the season. Which is nuts after Evansville's big win.

Right, and Evansville may not win 12 games this season...unless the league really is that bad.
            It may be.

Yesterday, no. Today, hell yes, baby!

Ditto Tommy! We will win a lot of games playing like that!

It seemed to me that Northwestern played a tighter, more physical defense. They were also taller and Bradley had trouble shooting over them. Kansas State gave our shooters more space.
