Lehigh hired assistant Brett Reed to take over for Billy Taylor who
left for the head spot at Ball State.
The only remaining D-I school without a head coach is really an odd story.
Texas Southern fired its head coach and the entire coaching staff a month ago and hasn't even begun interviewing to hire a replacement!
But a bigger problems appear to exist as this Houston Chronicle article suggests. It appears there are issues such as budget problems, NCAA investigations, and extremely poor academic performance.
One of the coaches believes the entire athletic program at the school is about the be shut odwn.
