Kevin Sweeney is the blogger who hosts the "College Basketball Central - The Voice of College Basketball" website-
He focuses much of his analysis on mid-major college basketball, and I have followed him for a few years, and he is pretty good.
As noted, here is his list of the Top 10 Mid-major Power Forwards in the country. He lists Elijah Childs at #8 in the country, among some pretty good big men-
https://cbbcentral.com/2019/07/18/mi...power-forward/
(Lamont West of Missouri State was listed among others "Also Considered")
He previously listed:
Top Mid-major point guards- Darrell Brown was listed among others "Also Considered" (as was UNI's A.J. Green)-
https://cbbcentral.com/2019/07/15/mi...s-point-guard/
Top Mid-major shooting guards- note mentions of MVC players Javon Freeman of Valpo, D.J. Wilkins of Drake, and Tyreke Key of Indiana State-
https://cbbcentral.com/2019/07/16/mi...hooting-guard/
Top Small Mid-major Small Forwards-
https://cbbcentral.com/2019/07/17/mi...small-forward/
The only MVC player listed in the "Also Considered" list was newcomer Sam Cunliffe of Evansville, who is actually listed on the Evansville roster as a guard (he was listed as a point guard at both of his previous stops, Arizona State and Kansas).
His list of Mid-major centers is pending. I am guessing it might mention Cameron Krutwig or Tulio Da Silva.

By Kevin Sweeney We have reached the conclusion of our mid-major positional rankings. Before we get started, first, a thank you! The support my rankings have gotten this year has been unbelievable.…
As noted, Loyola's Cameron Krutwig is ranked #6, and Missouri State's Tulio Da Silva is at #10.
Also of interest, they have Scottie James listed among the "Also Considered".
