Basically, the rule states:
No player is eligible to sign with the NBA until they are 19 years or older and at least one year removed from the graduation date of their high school class.
Victor Wembanyama's birth date is January 4, 2004, so he just turned 17 y/o. The earliest he could be eligible for the NBA would be 2023-

Missouri State gets a commitment from 2022 Jonathan Dunn, a 6'7" forward who was a senior this past year at Logan-Rogersville HS, just outside Springfield, MO. He was previously committed to Western Illinois, but reopened his recruiting.
He has decided to reclassify as a 2022 recruit and plans to do an extra year at We Are United Prep Academy, a new prep school in Nixa, Missouri-

Evansville gets a 2022 commitment from Logan McIntire, a 6'4" shooting guard from North Harrison HS in Ramsey, Indiana (about 100 miles east of Evansville. He is an under-the-radar recruit who isn't listed in many recruiting databases. He also plays with Indiana Elite, where he has had some good showings this summer. It appears his only offers so far were from NAIA schools.

Donovan Hunter- a 6'8" forward from Westerville, Ohio. He also plays for the Indy Heat program. He reportedly had offers from Arizona State, Toledo, Bryant, Howard, Cleveland State, Tulane, Old Dominion, Kent State, Ohio, and George Washington.

It looks like several MVC schools are getting players recruited by the P5 schools. Most consider Bradley had a good year against larger schools last year. Comments after red/white seemed to be varied on the new players. I wonder how much Bradley's recruiting from last year is affecting this year's recruiting. I know we only have one scholarship available for next year at this time. However, transferring has become a factor in college rosters.
