A 2021 point guard that Bradley had followed but did not offer, and is no longer following after the commitment of Connor Hickman, Kamari McGee, has given an early verbal commitment to Brian Wardle's old school, Wisconsin Green Bay. Seems like a good recruit for their new head coach Will Ryan.
One new name- this recruit was on an unofficial visit today (Sat. 10/5) at the Bradley open scrimmage at Renaissance Coliseum.
2021 James Dent- 6'4" shooting guard who is a junior at Springfield Southeast HS this year. He is an emerging talent who has not gotten much publicity yet, but that will probably change this season https://www.sj-r.com/sports/20181230...s-dent-is-here
One time Bradley 2021 recruit James Dent, from Springfield Southeast HS, who visited Bradley for an unofficial campus visit back in October, 2019, and for a game in January, 2020, has signed to play in 2021-22 with Moberly Community College in Missouri.
Wasn't he the more productive of the two players when he was playing with Kent?

Avila was just a sophomore when Jayson Kent was a senior at Oak Forest HS. Kent was the star of the team and the top scorer. He lead the team with 17.8 ppg, and 43.4% from three. But it was evident that Avila had the potential to become a fine player.
Thanks DC, I knew I had heard Avila's name back when Kent was being recruited. If I remember correctly I think I remember reading comments that some thought Avila might not be athletic enough to be a high D1 player so that might give us a good chance to land him.

One-time Bradley recruit Alec Oglesby spent a year at Cleveland State, then transferred to UNC-Wilmington. As a sophomore at UNCW this season, he has missed a couple games due to illness and appeared in only 6 games. He just left the team and entered the Transfer Portal again reportedly for "non-basketball issues".
At Cleveland State, his numbers were pretty good for a freshman, but this year at UNCW, he has played very little and his numbers are not so good. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-ba...6/alec-oglesby
He was a 3-star recruit out of prep school, but it will be interesting to see where he ends up now.
