If you requested tickets, you might have already or soon will get this email-
Congratulations ****,
Your ticket request for 2 tickets for the First and Second Round of the NCAA Tournament has been fulfilled!
The credit card you submitted with your ticket request has been successfully charged for $***.**. A digital copy of your receipt can be provided upon request.
The tickets requested must be picked up under your name with a valid photo ID in Des Moines. No third-party will call is allowed. There will be a special opportunity for fans to pick up tickets from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, March 20, at the Hilton Garden Inn West Des Moines from the First Floor Lobby. If the tickets are not picked up during that time-frame, they will be available from Will Call at the Wells Fargo Arena starting at approximately 10 am on Thursday, March 21 before Bradley's session starts.
If Bradley advances to the second round, you will automatically be charged for those tickets. A similar distribution plan for tickets will exist, and an additional email will be sent at that time.

So tickets will be available for pickup at the team hotel from 6-8 pm Wednesday evening. After that, they will be available starting at 10 am Thursday from the Wells Fargo Arena ticket office Will Call window.
Here is information about the Will Call-
Wells Fargo Arena Ticket Office—Located in the southwest corner of Wells Fargo Arena.
The Ticket Office can be accessed via the south entrance or the skywalk.
In order to pick up your tickets please bring with:
A government issued ID matching the name on the account, and the credit card used for the purchase
Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope.
Also-
There will be an open practice held at the Wells Fargo Arena starting at 11:00 am Wednesday. Doors open at 10:00 am and admission is FREE.
All 8 teams will have the opportunity to practice. The link below gives the times that each team will be on the floor.
Bradley will be on the floor from 11:45 am to 12:25 pm. They are the 2nd team, following Minnesota-
