a couple notes on this game -
Obviously Nick Norton and DJ Wilkins will not play - both suffered season ending injuries.
But it was hoped that Nick McGlynn might be able to play but....now it's looking like that will not happen.

the game appears to be televised free - http://www.watchcit.com/ scroll down to the schedule and click on the "First Round: Drake vs. Southern Utah"

Southern Utah's roster has a couple names that might be familiar...

-DAOUDA "DAVID" N'DIAYE - who transferred to Southern Utah from Illinois State but is sitting out this year

-ANDRE ADAMS - who is the son of all time Drake great Lewis Lloyd -

From people packing playgrounds near 59th Street and Lancaster Avenue to fans flocking to NBA arenas to watch him deliver a two-handed tomahawk dunk, Lewis Lloyd will forever be a Philadelphia basketball legend.

Nick Norton and Drake basketball have produced a slick video that's been viewed & retweeted many, many times - apparently to try to appeal to NCAA for another year of eligibility.
He's already played five years in college (4 at UAB, 1 at Drake) and gotten one (at UAB) of those as a redshirt.
So he'd have to appeal to NCAA for a 6th year plus he'd have to ask them to ignore one of the major criteria for gaining a medical redshirt year.

NCAA requires that you can't play in more than 30% of your team's games, but Norton played in 46.2% (14 games) of his team's scheduled games.
But the idea of the video is a fairly good one - painting Norton as a deserving guy and the victim of some pretty bad circumstances - and now with
many people seeing this video - there will be pressure on NCAA to grant the waiver and likely some criticism on them if they don't.
Time will tell if NCAA bows to the pressure of this maneuver .

in an interview head coach DeVries says they should hear soon on whether Norton gets a 6th year to play in 2019-2020,
even tho he does not fit the NCAA criteria for a medical redshirt in 2018-19 because he played more games than the rule allows.
A providence player, Emmitt Holt was just granted a (Sam Singh-like) 6th year but he didn't play at all in 2017-18 and only played 6 games
          in 2018-19 due to injury.
