  • Final Pick-em for the 2005-2006 Season

    Let's have one more Pick-em.
In honor of the great midmajor teams that made the Sweet Sixteen, here are the rules.

The Prize: A gift certificate for a local restaurant PLUS
a mint copy of last week's Sports illustrated with cellus (and Patrick) on the cover.

    The contest:
Guess the total number of points that George Mason will score at the NCAA Final Four in Indianapolis.
Of course we don't know if they will play just one game or possibly they might win their semi and
advance to the final game, and then they'll have two games left.

    As a tiebreaker,
Guess the winner of the NCAA Final Four Dunk Contest to be held this Thursday night.
The contestants include Maurice Ager of Michigan State, local Indianapolis product Rodney Carney of Memphis,
Vincent Grier on Minnesota, Errol Knight of Gonzaga, and James White of Cincinnati, Lawrence Wright from Bradley.

Here are the scoring rules per the NCAA:
"The contestants get to attempt two dunks in the first round, one in the semis and one in the finals.
Celebrity judges will grade each dunk, giving marks from 1.0 to 10.0."

You don't need to predict the score for the tiebreaker, just the winner's name.

    Here are my guesses:

    71
    Rodney Carney

???We all want Bradley to win. If our methods and visions for that are different, then so be it. Don't ever attempt to tell me I am not a fan!???
