His announcement was posted on his Twitter acct but no mention of any possible destination...
altho it appears he is leaving Northern Illinois University & will not play there.
Bradley Scout quotes Amir as saying he has not been in contact with Bradley.

Amir appeared in only one game for NIU and the coach that recruited him just left to go to another school - LINK
If Amir transfers, he may get a waiver to be eligible immediately because he has never yet signed anywhere for basketball - and could have four years of eligibility left.
