Local college team ranked #1 in the country for

The Illinois Central College women's basketball team doesn't get much publicity, but the East Peoria Division II junior college program has been ranked #1 in the country for the last 4 weeks, and the final regular season poll Tuesday will have them at #1 again.
ICC is now 29-1, and they have won 29 games in a row. Their only loss was in their first game of the season to North Iowa Area CC, the #2 ranked school. They now enter the post-season playoffs.

As dominant as the ICC women's team has been, they don't really have any dominant players. Nobody averages more than 13 points per game, and only 3 players average more than 9 ppg.
