  • Breaking News: Sam Maniscalco

Breaking news - you heard it here first....direct from an "inside source"
Sam Maniscalco is set to appear on next season's "The Bachelorette" (Season 15)
(disclaimer - last minute changes have been known to occur but some facts are being revealed...)

The Bachelorette is an ABC-TV "reality" TV show - akin to the "The Bachelor"
The new shows will begin airing in May 2019 - and Sam is one of 20 to 25 men who will compete for the chance to date a "Bachelorette"
..they are set to begin filming within the next few weeks and the who, where, and when are always a very tightly guarded secret...

Here's a recent picture of Sammy with his dad & mom - https://www.instagram.com/p/BqoLAt9BshO/

There's a lot of speculation but they usually film somewhere exotic...however - this year they have apparently chosen...
this RESORT in Newport, RI - as one location - https://twitter.com/WhatsUpNewp/stat...388076549?s=20
and in an interview last night, the host of the show hints that one of the women who is currently on this year's "The Bachelor" will appear as the future Bachelorette - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8J3...ature=youtu.be

Nothing official yet but -- The hottest speculation appears to be on this woman - https://www.etonline.com/the-bachelo...clusive-120586

    "Hannah B." - https://twitter.com/hannahkbrown11
..a current contestant on this season's "The Bachelor" with Washington High School & ISU football player Colton Underwood
"Hannah B" is Hannah Brown, 23, from Alabama and she was 2018 Miss Alabama (in the Miss USA) and she was eliminated from the current "The Bachelor" in week 7 (Feb. 18, 2019).

Are Sam and his Dad, Carl related to the comedian, Sebastain Maniscalco ? They are from the near northwest suburbs of Chicago.

Wow - I am impressed - how do you (and Da Coach and others) obtain stories such as this? Different, entertaining and interesting. Someone needs to somehow share this with Jim Les and Sam's Bradley team members.

well, first off - it has not been released publicly - so it probably is not a 100% done deal - the show probably needs to do some vetting and background checking..
..but this one came from a relative who lives in the Chicago area - and I guess since people know our family are huge Bradley fans - they give us the latest "gossip" and "insider news"...

I wondered this too. After watching Sebastian, I have concluded that there is no doubt they’re related. I just have never had it confirmed. Sebastian is hilarious!

the PJS has a column by Dave Eminian confirming the Sam Maniscalco report
"Ex-BU guard Maniscalco among cast on ABC’s Bachelorette"
            "..
word is Maniscalco, the former Bradley University point guard, has been cast among the 20-25 men on that show,
.... taping for Bachelorette starts Saturday, and lists Maniscalco among 15 guys he says have been cast for the show"

Well, just after Dave Eminian posted that report, now he updates his column...
              https://www.pjstar.com/sports/201903...lorette-invite

Turns out Maniscalco is indeed out. Sources on Wednesday said the former BU guard declined the Bachelorette invite and will not be among the contestants. Maybe he wanted to make sure he was free to watch the Braves in the NCAA tourney. Who knows?

Good - I think the whole show is staged and makes the contestants look shallow and self-absorbed
with their relationships - especially wanting to be accepted/appreciated/admired being the prime directive & the sole focus of their lives

                  Nailed it.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

Sometime Google: "how many couples from the proposal are still together"
Here is one of the many responses that basically summarizes the true reality of the show...

How many Bachelor couples are still together?
Though "The Bachelor" has been airing for 22 seasons now since 2002, only one couple from the show is still together.
Meanwhile out of 14 seasons of "The Bachelorette" since 2003, six of the couples are still together. Jan 7, 2019

Still the show (or both shows "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette") is such a hit to be on TV - going into it's 17th year.
