Considering I'm an out of towner (like many who read this board), can we get any idea when single-game tickets will go on sale? I know all of the locals have their season tickets (as do many students already), but what about everyone else? I'm sure an official announcement may be coming soon, but maybe somebody has a little inside info on this?

I do not know the exact date for sale of single game tickets.

But from past seasons, here is what I expect-- They will sell season ticket packages for a couple more months.
Individual game tickets usually go on sale around November 1st.

Speaking of tickets....

I think this may have been discussed a little bit last year but I was wondering if we could put up a "sticky" during the season for people trying to get rid of extra tickets or needing tickets. It might help out-of-towners find seats if they are going to be in town for a game. It would also help ticket holders find a buyer for any extra tickets they may have. I have a hunch that tickets might be hard to come by this year but this could be a nice service that this board could provide for BU fans.

I second this, if I can get to Peoria, its for a few days and though it usually not hard to find a ticket, it would be fun to be able to get one from another person who frequents the site.

It is a good idea. Maybe have a place where BradleyFans.com posters hang out before and after games for a cold jar of whatever and discuss the game... and find tickets.

We thought about doing something like this last year, but most of the posters either already were season ticket holders, or were from out of town and didn't attend games.

But if there is a demand, we'll have a separate forum just for buying, selling, and swapping tickets.
Maybe also for "carpooling" it to away games?

I have already made my arrangements for STL, last season there were a lot of people selling tickets and club level passes for the tourney. Can anyone give me any insite into how I could obtain two passes for the club level during the MVC tourney?

JD, Braveman, and myself have an in with somebody in the know and get our passes that way...dont know how else to get them. We usually have a group of 5-6 guys go down and try to get enough for everyone...it is a nice place to watch the other games, but you can't beat being in the BU section during our games.

I purchased 2 more season tickets last friday and was able to get 2 good seats for 145.00 each ; I think anyone that does not have season tickets should look at doing this if you plan to go to many games as it is a good bargain.

Hows this for how different basketball is here in Houston then in Peoria.

Called up to the University of Houston to find out when they will release their schedule. Talked to the SID and he said next week but that they for sure have Kentucky, Arizona and Memphis in here this season. Just those 3 are worth season tickets, called to the ticket office and their season tickets do not go on sale until mid to late October.

Basketball just isnt on the radar down here atleast as far as college is concerned.
