BU and Loyola have the same # of road valley wins. The difference in the league records is that Loyola has held serve at home. Braves: Hold serve at home Wed night!!!

Due to something getting rescheduled I won't be able to make the game until probably half. Does anyone know if they still require a ticket to get in?

Generally speaking. You can get in without a ticket after half. You could have your ticket reprinted at the box office as a fall back option if needed. I dunno what youll need.

worst case scenario - just buy an $8 upper bowl ticket and head right to your seat

A report just this hour states that Luuk van Bree's hand is "all good" and he's available for "extended minutes" if needed.

That is encouraging. We need everyone healthy.

Loyola's Krutwig broke his nose last week and will wear a face mask
..in the one game he played with the mask (vs. Valpo) he only took 8 shots, scored 12 pts

WOW.....Big Win for the Braves.....what can you say about DB, he is gonna end up top 10 scoring for sure. Very glad LVB played, was afraid they would not be able to Win without him, LVB with big night 10 rbs to boot!

What a game! After a sluggish first half, Bradley played a tremendous 2nd half to pull away to a 61-54 win

Great game, Loyola is a 2-man team - if we slowed down Krutwig & Townes, we had 'em..
only four other guys scored and they were 9-25
                      ,
and hard to believe but Custer, Skokna, Uguak, Agunanne and Kaifes combined for a grand total of 3 assists & 5 turnovers
                      (Custer had zero assists)

What a great 2nd half. DBJ is locked in and ready to win P.O.Y. The braves are the hottest team in the MVC. Stay focused and Pluck The Birds. We are who we thought we are. Go Braves. The no shows are missing a great season. Luuuuuuuuuuuuuukkkkkkkkk.

FWIW, I thought there were fewer no-shows tonight than at any previous game. The lower bowl was pretty much full.

Great, great team win. You can see in DB’s body language when he decides he’s gonna refuse to lose. The rest of the team follows. I have underestimated his leadership ability this year. Fantastic.

The lower endzones were ok. Good as of a crowd as weve had. Im ready for 9 to 11000 every home game and competitive games with big name schools like Mich St, Michigan, Illinois, Northwestern, Road games like when Les took Bradley to Duke. The upper bowl will fill soon again.

Bradley and Missouri State are the hottest teams in the MVC now. Each has 3-game win streaks-
                                http://www.espn.com/mens-college-bas...ngs/_/group/18

As of now, the Coach of the Year race appears to me to come down to Darian DeVries of Drake or Dana Ford of Missouri State.
DeVries took over a team that lost more production than any other team and was picked 9th in the 2018-19 preseason poll. They graduated their entire staring lineup from last year except for Nick McGlynn, and lost about 80% of their team's total production. Then on top of that, they lost their best player, grad-transfer Nick Norton, halfway into first MVC conference game, which they ended up losing in double overtime to Evansville. Despite that, they have rebounded to win 8 of their last 11 games and are now tied for 2nd just 1 game behind Loyola. A remarkable job by Drake and Coach DeVries.
Dana Ford is also in his first season at Missouri State. They were 7-11 in the MVC last year, and now are 8-5 so far this season. They lost 4 of their top 5 players from last season, and other than a 9 ppg starter (Jarred Dixon) and a 5 ppg reserve (Ryan Kreklow), Ford basically recruited an entirely new team despite not being named to the job until late March of 2018. Yet they are also 8-5 and now tied for 2nd place with Drake, just a game behind Loyola. Really impressive.
